Another Two Year Anniversary

Two years ago, Ari made it home to Elk and met her brothers, Nana, and Auntie.

(You know how hard it is to try to get 5 kids looking toward the camera at the same time?!)

I Love You Like Crazy Cakes

This version of I Love You Like Crazy Cakes has been personalized for Ari and imperfectly "read" by Gabrian. Very sweet. (The camera used only does a moment or so of video, so I had to splice these together to get as much of the story as I could.)

Shower Bear

Reading

Gabrian likes to read, especially when his brothers are reading. These days, he's offended by "baby" books and spends lengthy periods of time reading big boy books. He found this novel engrossing.

Some Pictures From Christmas Day

Snuggled in new Snuggies, waiting for permission to see what Santa brought.

Ready to be sent off to boarding school?
Ah, an outhouse for Mom's copper music box collection!
It plays, "Those were the days."

Yep, he's 10 this year.
Every one of us has gotten a gun for Christmas when we turn 10.

Another uncle to pester! All right!

Some Pictures From Christmas Eve

An early Christmas present for everybody: 4 DVD screens & 5 pairs of wireless headphones. Accommodates 1 movie in the back seat, one movie in the middle seat, and the front seats don't have to hear anything at all! Mom decided they should open this before we drove to Grandma and Grandpa's!!
He doesn't know what it is, but he thinks he likes it.

Ari and Aspie.
Opening presents at G'ma and G'pa's house in the evening.
Oh No! Don't let him open the books until last . . .
. . . or you just lose him.
Conor resembles his new "pet."
Something is interesting to big kids and little kids.
I think she's checking to see if they have all their fingers and toes.
Cameron left his books to create his first project from his Physics Kit.
