Hoopfest

This is Gabrian's first Hoopfest.
We are thinking it might not be his last.
Here is Gabrian pointing out hoops, and hoops, and more hoops,
and Ari wondering what the heck is going on.

Gabrian won this basketball by shooting hoops.
There were three sizes of hoops to choose: a little kids' hoop, a medium hoop, and a big hoop. They tried to convince Gabrian to use the little hoop, but he was having none of that.
He won this basketball making a basket in the big hoop!

Batter Up!

Another ball activity for Gabrian. It took him about 5 swings to get the hang of this one.

Cameron gets a try.

(Well, two of them.)

Gifts From Preschool

(Cute pictures that come from daycare)
This picture was on Ari's Mother's Day card.
This was on Gabrian's Mother's Day card.
This was on Ari's Father's Day Card.
It was taken today. Ari is wearing her new very favorite dress. It was given to her from friends Becky and Megan, and we may never get it off of her.

Andrew Wanted A Little Change

Aaagh! How Much Shorter Can I Go?

One big wiggle while I was trimming her bangs - and a big chunk out above her right eyebrow. I have cut them nearly as short as I can stand to even it out, but from the picture, I can see it's not even yet! One more try . . .

Edited later to show:
They are about as short as I can stand, but more even. I can't completely fix the chunk.
She's still cute, though, the little cheeseball.
Love the outfit! It's not very practical, though, for everyday princess wear; the cats won't leave her alone.

War

Watching ants battle to the death in his bug jar.
(Costco-size spice jars make great bug catchers! They're transparent and already have little holes in the lids. . .)
